Cancellation Policy

 Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation penalty fee or rebooking charge of 50% of your service amount. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

DEPOSITS FOR EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS

 A deposit of 50% of your service is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer. This deposit will be held and used towards services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation of these long appointment blocks, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

Deposits can be payed in person or via bank transfer.
