Hi I am Peter,

Former owner of CODE THE SALON in Surbiton for a duration of 14 years. Foremost I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all my dear loyal clients and fond friends from my time at CODE.

I have recently relocated to a salon called Klass in Worcester Park, Surrey.

Sometimes a change of scenery is needed! and I would love to have you join me.

I am from Carshalton in Surrey

Started hairdressing after finishing high school.

Inspired by my family of hairdressers and hairdressers in the public eye – Nicky Clarke – Trevor Sorbie – Patrick Cameron – Charles Worthington.

I had a perfect grounding and apprenticeship with a company named Sean Hannah. I had 7 enjoyable years there where I became a Style Director and then an art team member being involved in editorial photo shoots, international competitions and staging acclaimed hairdressing shows.

My career then led me to work in a renowned award-winning salon named Umberto Giannini in glamorous decadent Knightsbridge, West London where I styled celebrities such as The Cheeky Girls, Michelle Heaton, Sadie Frost and Heidi Klum.

My experiences with Umberto Giannini included - hair stylist at London Fashion Week for three consecutive years working with designers Sass and Bide, Maria Chen, Alkida and Sadie Frost.

Hairdresser to Trinny and Susannah on the weekly makeovers editorial published by the Daily Mail.

My makeovers and styling tips featured in tabloids such as Cosmopolitan, Design Week and Best magazine.

I then returned to South West London Wimbledon working with Saks salons, where I received advanced one to one hairdressing tuition with British hairdresser of the year Andrew Barton, I then became the in-salon educator at the Wimbledon branch. 

I launched Code the Salon in 2006 with a unique concept for a local salon to succeed with a personal touch experience to all our clients. I took pride offering unique hairdressing tuition to employees. We often featured in local editorials with our makeovers or fashion photo shoots.

My mission and promise are to maintain my high standards of work. I want my clients to feel special during their appointment and for your hair to stay manageable and look healthy until your next visit.
